15kg bag of play sand. Our non-toxic, high-quality play sand is an excellent choice for sand trays, sandpits and long jump pits. Sourced in the UK, it is carefully washed, treated, and kiln-dried to eliminate any harmful substances, making it completely safe for children to play with. Safety tested to BSEN1177, BSEN71 1-3 and for all types of asbestos. Perfectly suited to a wide range of educational and recreational environments, this versatile play sand can be used to support a wide range of learning activities. In early years settings, it encourages sensory exploration and imaginative play—ideal for filling, pouring, moulding and mark-making activities that help develop creativity and hand–eye coordination. This high-performance sand is equally suitable for sporting applications, including long jump pits. The carefully processed composition helps provide a cushioned, impact-absorbing surface, making it a reliable choice for school athletics and playground activities.
