What type of products do you offer?

At Landscapes for Learning, we provide a curated selection
of high-quality hand-made furniture and essential educational supplies, designed to enhance learning and organisation within your setting. Our products are crafted to inspire creativity and facilitate effective learning for both students and educators.

Can I request a bespoke design?

Absolutely! We specialise in bespoke furniture, and we are
happy to work with you to create custom pieces that meet your specific needs.
Please reach out to us on our Bespoke Design page to discuss your ideas and
requirements.

When will my order be delivered?

We offer a great range of bespoke design furniture products and essential education supplies.

Our bespoke furniture is made to order and therefore has a standard 4-6 week lead time. Please get in touch if you require an earlier delivery and we'll do everything that we can to accommodate you.

Our school and office supplies, such as cleaning, stationery and art will be with you much sooner and have a standard 2-4 working day delivery time.

Ordering

How can I place an order?

Placing an order is simple! Just browse our collection,
select the items you wish to purchase, and add them to your basket. Once you're
ready, proceed to checkout where you can enter your delivery information and
payment details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including credit and
debit cards. You can choose your preferred payment option during the checkout
process.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed and is being processed we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!
If you need to return an item, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. For unused items, we will provide a full refund on the cost of the item. Please note that bespoke and furniture items may incur a restocking fee.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5
days of delivery. We will investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it.
